Film Plot/Storyline: As India, the world's biggest majority rules system, prepares itself for another general political race with 9 million surveying stalls, in excess of 800 million voters, and costing about $5 billion — Newton Kumar, a tenderfoot government representative winds up depended with an errand that shows up misleadingly straightforward: leading races in a remote town in the wildernesses of focal India.
